丸井“Motty”元子 大分県出身、東京を拠点に活動中。
デザインスタジオRALPH（現YAR）より2014年独立。
中毒性のある色使い、エッジーでシュールな表現を得意とし、
音楽、ファッション、カルチャーを軸にビジュアル表現を行う。

広告、ロゴ、パッケージ、CDジャケット、カタログ、グッズデザイン、映像監修、
海外ファッション誌への作品提供、コラムの執筆など、独自の目線で幅広く活動中。

・2013年日テレ特番「美ZINE」にてグラフィックデザイナーとして出演。
・2014年ソチ冬季オリンピックスノーボードにて、YONEXボードへグラフィック提供。
・2015年渋谷CARBONにて、個展“REMEINING SELF”を開催。
　NYLON JAPAN、WARPmagazine等で取り上げられる。
・2015年 アーティストグッズのキュレーションサイト“Paragy”よりオリジナルグッズを発売開始。
・2016年中目黒Kit and Aceにて、個展“THE WALL”を開催。 Marui "Motty" Motoko Art director/Graphic designer born in 1985 and currently based in Tokyo.
After working for several design firms, Motty learned art direction at RALPH,
a design studio based in Tokyo before becoming a freelancer in 2014.
Known for her edgy and surreal style, she has been designing for wide ranges of
projects including CD covers, catalogue, textile, advertising and merchandise goods.
2013- Featured on Nippon Television show “Bi-ZINE” as a graphic designer.
2014- Designed graphics for YONEXboard for Sochi Winter Olympics
2015- Solo exhibition “REMEINING SELF” was held in “Shibuya CARBON”.
　　 It has been taken up by NYLON JAPAN, WARP magazine,and so on.
2015- Commenced sales of original goods from “Paragy” that is a curation site of artists products.
2016- Solo exhibition “THE WALL” was held in “Nakameguro Kit and Ace”.
